Dental Implants

A Permanent Solution to Missing Teeth

Implant consultation from $150 including X-rays

Losing a tooth — whether from decay, gum disease, or injury — can affect not just your smile, but your ability to eat, speak, and feel confident. Dental implants offer a long-lasting, natural-looking solution that functions just like a real tooth.

What Is a Dental Implant?

A dental implant is a small titanium post that is surgically placed into the jawbone, where it acts as a replacement root. Once it has fused with the bone (a process called osseointegration), a custom-made crown is attached on top, creating a restoration that looks, feels, and functions like your natural tooth.

Unlike dentures, implants are fixed in place and do not need to be removed. Unlike bridges, they don’t rely on neighbouring teeth for support.

Am I a Candidate for Implants?

Most healthy adults are suitable candidates for dental implants. The key factors are having sufficient jawbone to support the implant and being in good general and oral health. We’ll assess this thoroughly during your consultation.

Suitable for single tooth replacement or multiple missing teeth

Requires adequate bone density (bone grafting may be needed in some cases)

Non-smokers and well-managed diabetics tend to have excellent outcomes

Not suitable for patients who are still growing (under 18)
